Product features:

1. V855 is an upgraded version of V85.

2. V85 is specially designed for parts processing with 48m/min rapid feed, 15m/min cutting feed.

3. V85 adopts large span structure, which is able to bear high ineritia gravity and improves dynamic responsiveness of the whole machine.

4. V85 is equipped with BT40-140 direct connection high speed short nose spindle, which increases efficiency and reduces abrasion of tools.

5. V85 tool magazine is BT40 24 tools arm type tool magazine, which adopts mechanic seal design and software warning to ensure reliable processing.

Upgraded model advantages:

1. It's column is inforced, through which can improve machine rigidity..

2. It's work table is increased to 1000*550.

3. Y axis and Z axis travels are increased to 540.

4. It's spindle adopts inforced one, whose diameter is increased to Φ150.

5. It's ball screw is larged from 3616 to 4016.

6. Y and Z axis are 45 roller ball screw, Z axis rail is 6 sliders.

7. The tool magazine is changed from side hanging to column supporting to reduce column deformation.
