M96 vertical machine center adopts Japanese imported control system (Mitsubishi or Fanuc)

and its supporting servo driver and motor, realizing three-axis linkage. Material removal rate

is about 1.5 times than the conventional CNC machine, greatly reducing the processing time

and manufacturing cycle of parts, production efficiency is greatly improved. Widely used in

electronics,machinery, automotive, aircraft, aerospace, shipping, national defense and other

fields of products.

1. Three axis roller linear way with high rigidity, high wear resistance, high precision and other

characteristics, with high processing stability.

2. The motor and drive of X, Y and Z axis are equipped with good control characteristics, large

3. Guide rail and ball screw adopt the centralized automatic lubrication system, which can inject oil to each lubrication part regularly to ensure the uniform lubrication of each moving surface, effectively reduce the friction resistance, improve the motion precision, ensure the service life.

4. Guide way is protected by Taiwan telescopic protective cover, which has the characteristics

of good protective performance and long service life, and effectively prevents iron scrap and
