Suitable for automobiles, motorcycles, aerospace, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and other industrues of valve, CAM, complex shape of the surface of the model and the complex cavity and parts, such as processing and metal mold, plastic mold processing.

1. The machine body casting is made of Meehana cast iron (resin sand 250, Ø300) and computerized by finite element analysis method. The reasonable structure strength and the matching of reinforcing ribs are all tempered, so that the machine has high rigidity and durable quality. The machine has high rigidity, high strength and excellent geometric positioning accuracy.

2. Rectangular sliding guide and quenching hardness (≥ 50HRC) are adopted for guide rail.

3. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) laminated with guide rail surface has the advantages of low friction coefficient, good wear resistance, vibration and noise reduction, good workability, etc. It can maintain the accuracy of guide rail for a long time using, and ensure the moving parts do not vibrate under high speed and heavy cutting, and do not crawl at low speed feed.

4. Ribbed, wide span, long sliding surface spondle box, strong anti-vibration and anti-torsion ability. These features can ensure machine body is not deformed under heavy cutting.

5. The joint design of the lengthened nut seat and saddle seat can effectively avoid the inclination of the worktable at the end of the stocke and will not cause the deformation of the worktable. Ensure the minimum bending of the saddle, improve the dynamic accuracy of the worktable, meet the requirements of heavy cutting, and greatly improve the cutting rigidity of the machine tool. Bearing sealing rings prevent colling fluid from flowing into the bearing, effectively protect the bearing and prolong its service life.
